We climbed to the top of Moro Rock and stopped for a few minutes to take in the view. The "hike" up was very narrow in places and not everyone was willing to take turns in the 1-person width sections.
The General Sherman Tree was a bust today with tons of traffic and no parking available nearby. We also didn't get past where you drive through a fallen Sequioa because people coming back were holding up dozens of cars to stop, jump out, and take minutes of pics of their car in the tree. It would have been much better if they 1) took turns for traffic and 2) had the person taking the pic jump out in advance so traffic never stopped. Oh well.
We did get to see a cute deer along the road and a cool overlook over the Eleven Range of Mountains though.
Then panic set in when the RV temp alerts went off. We were 2 hrs away and were concerned the dogs were melting. Fortunately the RV A/C was still on, but it can't do alot when it is 100+ °F outside. Dogs were fine when we returned. Insert sigh of relief.
Amy doing her best three quarter pose.
The theme of this park is forests and trees.
One big @$$ tree. And this one was a small one.
A view from top of Moro Rock.
This group was too cool to stay within the fence but at least they are social distanced for their Instagram posts.
This tree was cool to see up-ended.
The line to go through this single lane through the tree was very long. We turned around when we saw why. Sigh!!!

These trees are just enormous!
